Following terms & conditions are applied to your bookings through our website: http://acsvietnamtransfer.com. All reservation requests will be replied within 24 hours. And we will inform you in case we are unable to respond to your requests by the specified time frame.

MAKING A RESERVATION

• The reservation should be sent by Fax or Email to ACS Vietnam Transfer Co., Ltd

• The successful reservation when you have received a confirmation from ACS Vietnam Transfer Co., Ltd with your deposit.

• Any amendments to your reservation should be in writing and agreed by ACS Vietnam Transfer Co., Ltd.

PAYMENT METHOD & DEPOSIT

To ensure each party is responsible for fulfilling any of its obligations, we set out below our standard payment terms and conditions:

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 30 % of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms & Conditions.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENTS FOR TRANSFER SERVICES:

All payments will be made at the end of your journey by cash or credit card, However, if you wish to pay by credit card, please fill the required credit card information on the reservation page. We charge 3% processing charge for the card payments. The prices are all tax included. No extra charges for your normal luggage. 20% we are applied to the total amount of your transfer if it is made between 8 Pm and 6 Am.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEETING OF TRANSFER SERVICE:

For arrivals, the driver will be waiting at the exit gate of the terminal with your name written on his signboard.
For departures, the driver waits for you in the lobby of your hotel, or at front of your address.

According to Vietnamese law, we provided child seat under 3 years children, so will count them as passengers.

3. Cash payment: Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at our office

4. Travelers’ cheque: Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 3% of expenses are charged to the customer paying for the remaining balance at our office.

5. Credit card: For payment by credit card, 3 % of expenses are charged to customers. This is for paying the fee charged by the credit card company. The Bank will charge (03% of Total) if you prefer to pay by the credit card and our Vietcombank’s machine only get Vietnam Dong so we need to convert to (VND) Dong by the rate of Vietcombank at the payment time. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via Fax or Email. The following rules apply for cancellations:

• More than 14 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us minus 5% will be refunded or kept on deposit as per customer’s instructions.  This amount can be applied to other tours and services.

• 7 - 14 days before arrival: 20% charge

• Within 7 days before arrival: 50% charge

• One day before arrival: 100% charge

CHILDREN POLICY

One child under 7 years old is generally granted a reduction of 75% of the tour price, provided that he / she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided free of charge.

UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.

Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

RESPONSIBILITY

All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. ACS Vietnam Transfer Co., Ltd, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly beyond our control.

VALIDITY

This information is valid at the time of publication but it can change. However, should any changes occur, we will post on our website. The Terms and Conditions change after the deposit paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit paid shall apply.
