Full Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba (L/D)
Morning activities:
7.30 am: Our guide and driver welcome you at the hotel in Hanoi city to leave the hotel in Hanoi in the morning with our guide and driver to Ha Giang Province – where is famous for mountain landscapes, terraced fields and flower seasons, etc. You will travel through Viet Tri and Tuyen Quang on Route # 2 through the famous Red River Delta region. Have lunch at the local food-stall.
Afternoon activities:
You continue the trip to the most breathtaking in Vietnam. Have the chance for a stopover at some places en route to take photos and chill out its beauties of villages. You will arrive in Ha Giang, you will first visit around Ha Giang to discover its beauties. And then you travel to Quan Ba for visiting and check in a homestay in Nam Dam village.
Here is the chance for you to discover local cultures and see local life as well as walk around the village for more experience.
Evening activities:
Have dinner with a local family with their food. Free to walk around the village and explore the village beauties. Homestay at stilt-house.
Day 2: Ha Giang – Dong Van (B/L/D)
Morning activities:
Have breakfast. This morning you start the new day to discover Quan Ba. Then, you visit beautiful sights in Quan Ba: Twin Mountain, Heaven Gate,…

You will have the admiring beautiful mountainscapes and pass through stunning passes, rolling mountains, and valleys. Have lunch on the way.
Afternoon activities:
This afternoon, you continue the journey and see imposing pine forest at a Hmong village. Next, you will then climb up above the town to Pu Lo – A French fortress built in 1890 and kept in great condition. From here, you explore and see the fortress as well as enjoy the incredible views. Visit Dong Van Rock Plateau to get its special and get more enjoyment of its beauties. This is the place of the powerful Vuong family. The palace is as the store for opium and weapons in the past and visits it will give you a glimpse of Hmong Royal life in the past.

After independence, the palace was evacuated in 1950 and the descendants of this influential H’mong family now live in France and Canada. Next, you will continue down the sweeping roads until you arrive in Dong Van at around 18.00.
Evening activities:
Get around Dong Van, check-in and have dinner. Here is the chance for you to chill out in Dong Van. Interact with local minority people to understand more their life and culture. Overnight here.
Day 3: Dong Van – Lung Cu – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac – Ha Giang (B/L/D)
Morning activities:
After breakfast, if your travel date is on Sunday, you can visit the weekly Dong Van Market to meet the local minority people and buy fascinating handmade goods and special products. If not on Sunday you can see the daily market in Dong Van to see their culture in trading.

You will hit the road to get the experience at one of the most spectacular roads in the whole of Vietnam, especially Ma Pi Leng Pass. At the height of 2000 meters, Ma Pi Leng Pass clings to the side of the undulating mountains which gives the spectacular views of the valleys and terraced fields. All decorate the wonderful scenery along mountainsides. The driver will continue drives you through zigzag down into Meo Vac Valley. Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon & evening activities:
After lunch-time, you continue this afternoon to Yen Minh and more chance to pass through mountain loops and go ahead to Ha Giang.
After that, have dinner and have more chances to interact with local people to get more their cultural knowledge. Overnight at stilt-house.
Day 4: Ha Giang – Hanoi (B, L)
Today, you will make the drive back to Hanoi, returning by the same route. On the way, you can stop to take photos of the magnificent mountains and make the most of your last bit of time in this magnificent region. You will stop for lunch at a local restaurant and arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi at around 17.00 pm.
